The designers behind the 2026 McLaren Racing | Reiss collection put together five outfits for you to wear
Although Fashion Week season may have just ended, with the New York, London, Milan, and Paris events all taking place over the course of September, there’s still plenty of time for you to get your autumn fits organised.
The Papaya Family are a stylish bunch, and we know that plenty of you will have been keeping a keen eye on each of the events, with a view to building your own unique F1-inspired fits. Many of those will undoubtedly include the stylish third iteration of the McLaren Racing | Reiss collection, which was released earlier in 2026.
But with so many excellent pieces, it can be hard to know exactly how to pair them and when to wear them, so we asked the experts. Reiss’ Menswear Director, Alex Field chose five different outfits from the 2026 collection, explaining how and why he’d wear each one.

“The fleece jacket is my favourite piece in the outfit. It feels seasonal, comfortable, and makes a real statement with the bold motorsport graphic on the back. I like the rich dark brown colour contrasted with the papaya McLaren branding, which gives it a premium look.
“The papaya hoodie adds energy to the outfit and is instantly recognisable as McLaren. The light-wash denim keeps the outfit feeling playful, relaxed and easy to wear.
“Each piece stands out individually, but they work together really well as a complete look. The colours and motifs connect naturally – the papaya pops against the brown fleece. It layers really well and feels effortless.”
“I wanted to create an outfit that combines comfort with standout pieces. The dark fleece and bright orange hoodie complement each other and create a strong contrast. The jeans help tone down the bold colours and make the outfit feel more wearable for everyday life.
“The motorsport-inspired details run throughout the look, making it feel cohesive without being overly branded. It balances sporty and casual elements in a way that feels modern and effortless.”
