At its core, racing is a business. And like every other business, McLaren Racing has seen the work it does—and the way it does it—change dramatically over its nearly 60-year history. Better engineering. More data. More fans. And different ways of working together to create a more connected car and more exciting racing.
McLaren understands that new work needs to be managed in equally new ways, so they turned to Smartsheet for help.
Smartsheet makes software that helps companies create more meaningful work. They’re helping organizations of all sizes manage projects, automate processes and tasks, and scale up to enterprise-level programs and portfolios — all with one platform.
Smartsheet Sponsor X
For the 2022 Formula 1 season, Smartsheet is embarking on a global campaign that focuses less on what their company does and more on what they believe in. They call it Sponsor X.
As part of their sponsorship, they’re given a prominent spot for their logo on our cars. But, during the Australian Grand Prix, you won’t see their logo on the cars. Instead, you’ll see Australian nonprofit DeadlyScience, whose mission is to provide science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) resources, mentoring and learning opportunities to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students.
Enabling access to STEM education is important to both of our companies, and we could not be more proud to help Smartsheet spotlight this incredible organisation.
