“Heading into Event 2, it’s exciting to finally get ourselves back racing. It’s been a very busy few months preparing for this event as we’ve got six races in three days, which is more than we’ve ever done previously. We’ve been flat out working to make sure we're in the best possible place to be competitive across all conditions, all tracks and all possible scenarios. We’re hoping to come back from Sweden with some important points. I’m looking forward to it!”

Wilson Hughes

“I’m really looking forward to Event 2. I'm itching to get back racing especially since we had quite a tough Round 1 last year. We’ve got a bit more work to do this time around with the variety of tracks in this event, but nevertheless, we're as motivated and determined as ever. It's also exciting to be back in the live environment, Sweden can't come soon enough.”

Dani Moreno

“It’s great to be back racing again. The first event didn't go so well for the team, but we are keen to come back stronger. I think it's going to be a good event for us, as there are some really good tracks that match our skill sets. I’m excited to race for the first time this season, it’s going to be a fun challenge but I am looking forward to it. The pace is there, I think we're strong, and I think it's going to be a challenging but fun few days.”

Joel Chapman, Team Manager, McLaren Shadow, said:

“The entire team is excited to be back and ready to take on the next six rounds of the F1 Sim Racing Championship.

“The format is set to be extremely fast-paced, creating its own set of opportunities to maximise, and challenges to overcome, with our preparation over the last weeks and months being mindful of this.

“We'll be racing across the Jeddah Corniche Circuit, Red Bull Ring, Silverstone Circuit, Circuit Spa-Francorchamps, Circuit Zandvoort, and Circuit of The Americas. It’s a hugely exciting mix which will require drivers to continuously adapt their styles throughout the week, all providing different but intriguing challenges for the team.

“I'm extremely proud of how the team have prepared for this event. It gives us significant confidence to know we've left no stone unturned once we arrive in Sweden and hit the track. I look forward to seeing the hard work of all team members come together in Stockholm next week.”
