2026
F1 Academy is an all-female series launched by Formula 1 in 2023 to prepare and develop young women for the step up to higher levels of motorsport, providing crucial track time alongside technical, physical, and mental support.
For 2026, McLaren Racing has doubled down on its commitment to the series by entering a second car. This year, the team will be represented by Ella Lloyd, driving the McLaren F1 Academy entry operated by Rodin Motorsport, and Ella Stevens, who will race the McLaren Oxagon F1 Academy entry, also run by Rodin Motorsport.
