Logitech McLaren G Challenge returns for 2026

Everyone’s favourite high-stakes sim racing competition, the Logitech McLaren G Challenge, is returning for its eighth consecutive year and will take place on a new platform.

Le Mans Ultimate, the official FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) and 24 Hours of Le Mans racing simulator, will host the 2026 edition of the challenge.

Whether you’re brand new to virtual racing or consider yourself to be a seasoned pro, you’ll be able to take part in the Logitech McLaren G Challenge, which has been designed to suit all abilities.

Competitors will take on daily qualifying races in the McLaren 720S LMGT3 Evo on Le Mans Ultimate for the chance to win more than $35,000 in prizes.

Six qualifying rounds will take place across six of the world’s most famous circuits, including the iconic Circuit de la Sarthe, home of the 24 Hours of Le Mans. During each qualifying period, drivers will compete in daily races to set the fastest times.

The top two drivers from each qualifier will progress to August’s Grand Final, where the finalists will complete a three-lap solo run on each of the six tracks. Their quickest laps from each track will be combined, with the lowest overall time crowning the Logitech McLaren G Challenge Champion.

All 12 qualifying round winners will take home a premium Logitech G sim racing setup featuring an RS50 System, RS Pedals, RS Shifter, RS Formula Wheel McLaren Racing Edition, ASTRO A50 X headset and a Playseat® Formula Instinct McLaren Racing Edition.

The overall Logitech McLaren G Challenge champion will also win an unforgettable all-expenses-paid trip for two to the McLaren Technology Centre in Woking, UK.

All entrants will also be automatically entered into additional prize draws, with further Logitech and McLaren prizes up for grabs.
