COMPETITION
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Thank you for your interest in the competition. Please read the following terms and conditions:
1. The Promoter
1.1 The Promoter is McLaren [McLaren Racing Limited, McLaren Technology Centre, Chertsey Road, Woking, Surrey, United Kingdom, GU21 4YH]
1.2 The Promoter’s decision on any matter relating to the competition is final and binding.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The prize draw is open globally, excluding employees and their immediate families of McLaren Racing (the "Promoter") and of their affiliated companies or agents, or other persons professionally connected with the draw.
2.2 Entrants must be over the age of 12 and have a guardian’s permission to enter. An adult must accompany any winners under the age of 18.
2.3 Watch Party guests must also be over the age of 12 and accompanied by an adult.
3. Competition Period
3.1 The competition runs from 17:00 GMT on 13 November 2025 and the closing date is 09:00 GMT on 28 November 2025 (the "Entry Period").
3.2 No bulk, consumer group or third-party entries will be accepted. Entries disallowed due to technical issues shall not be included in the draw.
4. How to enter
4.1 There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4.2 You must be a McLaren Plus member to enter the competition. New or existing members must enter via the competition form.
5. Prizes
5.1 There will be thirty eight (x38) winners in total.
5.2 The prize for each winner will be two (x2) tickets to attend the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix Fan Watch Party on Sunday, 7 December 2025.
5.3 The prize is as stated; no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
5.4 The prize is not transferable. The prize is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
5.5 Travel to and from the McLaren Technology Centre will not be provided. Winners must make their own travel arrangements.
6. Winner selection
6.1 The winner will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by the Promoter and or its agents.
6.2 The winner will be notified via email within 48 hours of the competition closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 24 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
7. Conditions of Participation
7.1 By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
7.2 One entry is allowed per person. Sharing of accounts for purposes of the competition is not allowed. If the Promoter discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that you have exceeded the maximum number of entries, you may be disqualified.
8. Limitation of liability
8.1 No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
8.2 The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered.
9. Data Protection
9.1 Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion. Data may be provided to a third-party fulfilment service provider where appropriate for the purposes of administering the prize but will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose without the individual’s prior consent.

10. General
10.1 The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
10.2 Photography, video, and/or audio recording may be restricted during certain portions of the event. Professional media is not allowed unless prior permission is granted.
10.3 Any images, videos, or recordings taken by official event photographers may be used by McLaren for promotional purposes.
