Lauren Gaudion is Vice President of Marketing and Communications for the Arrow McLaren IndyCar Team, leading the team’s commercial efforts across licensing, branding, events, communications, and social media. She joined Arrow McLaren in 2022 as Director of Communications and was promoted to this role in 2024, bringing a fresh, strategic voice to one of racing’s most dynamic teams.
Though she never imagined working in motorsport, Lauren found her way into the industry by leveraging her network and a passion for storytelling. Before joining McLaren, she held recruiting, marketing and communications roles in aviation, college sports and higher education.
Lauren holds master's degrees in public administration and an MBA. Based in Indianapolis, she’s also a proud mom to a daughter and an active community leader and mentor for young women.
