Kyle Moyer serves as Arrow McLaren's Director of Competition, adding one of the most accomplished resumes in IndyCar history to the organization's senior leadership team. Since beginning his IndyCar career in 1980 at age 14, the Monrovia, Indiana, native has contributed to 11 championships, 10 Indianapolis 500 victories and 166race wins across more than four decades in the sport.
Moyer joined Arrow McLaren during the 2025 season and helps guide the team's competitive strategy and racing operations. His extensive experience and championship-winning track record have made him one of the most respected figures in the IndyCar paddock.
