Daniel joined McLaren Racing in May 2019. His remit is to work with the Executive Team to build a performance-led organisation and culture that can deliver McLaren’s vision and strategic ambitions, both on and off the track. Daniel also has responsibility for driving our Sustainability strategy with the ambition of setting the standard within the sports industry through best practices, leaving a positive legacy across the countries we race in, applying globally recognised standards on environmental impact measurement and creating a truly diverse and inclusive working environment that delivers competitive advantage. Daniel reports directly to Zak Brown, Chief Executive Officer of McLaren Racing.

Prior to joining McLaren, Daniel was Group HR Director at Liverpool Football Club. And before his move into the sport and media sector, Daniel held senior global HR positions within the aviation, telecommunications and banking industries.
