Chloe Todd, Executive Director, Chief of Staff to the CEO, joined McLaren Racing in 2017. After graduating in 2012 from Goldsmiths College, University of London with a BA in Drama, Chloe went on to study a Masters in Acting at East15 Acting School. From there, she joined CSM Sports and Entertainment, working in various roles across their global sponsorship programmes and brand experiences for consumer and corporate brands until 2017. 

Chloe then joined McLaren Racing working on a multitude of projects as Head of Guest Management and Strategic Projects Lead, before moving into her current role of Chief of Staff to the CEO, Zak Brown.
