He brings nearly two decades of experience leading financial strategy across healthcare, life sciences, motorsports, aviation and professional services.
Before joining McLaren, Brad held several leadership positions at Roche focused on pricing strategy, forecasting, commercial business insights and financial planning. He has built high-performing teams, led enterprise initiatives and helped organizations make better decisions through data-driven analysis and execution.
