These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you, the entrant (“you”, “your(s)”, "entrant(s)"), and McLaren Racing Limited in relation to the Competition and shall prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

1. The prize draw is open globally, excluding employees and their immediate families of McLaren Racing Limited (the "Promoter") and of their affiliated companies or agents, or other persons professionally connected with the draw.

2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Competition.

3. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this Competition is voluntary and at the entrant's sole decision and risk.

4. The opening date of the prize draw is 09:00 EDT of 05/05/2023 and the closing date is 13:00 EDT of 06/05/2023 (the "Entry Period"). No bulk, consumer group or third-party entries will be accepted. Entries disallowed due to technical issues shall not be included in the draw.

5. One entry is allowed per person. Sharing of accounts for purposes of the Competition is not allowed. If the Promoter discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that you have exceeded the maximum number of entries, you may be disqualified. If it becomes apparent that either an entrant or household is using any means to circumvent this condition such as, and without limitation, fraudulently falsifying data; using multiple mobile phone numbers; using multiple postal addresses; acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the Promoter; using identities other than their own; creating fake identities or using any other automated or manual means in order to increase that entrant's or a household’s entries or otherwise acting in violation of these terms, these entrants and their household will be disqualified, and any Prize entitlement will be void.

6. No responsibility shall be accepted for entries not received during the Entry Period.

7. You must follow @mclaren on Instagram, and comment on its Miami GP Ticket Giveaway post to enter the Competition. 

8. Entrants must be over the age of 12 and have a guardian’s permission to enter. Any winners under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

9. There will be twelve (12) winners in total. The prize for each winner will be two (2) tickets to the 2023 Miami Grand Prix on Friday 5 May – Sunday 7 May 2023 the “Prize”.

10. The Prize is as stated. Prizes must be accepted as offered and redeemed by the named winners only. There is no cash or alternative Prizes, in whole or part. Prizes are non- transferable and non-refundable. Sale of the Prizes for profit is prohibited and may constitute fraud. The Prizes cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, voucher or discount.

11. The Prize is not transferable. The Prize is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

12. Travel and accommodation to and from the Miami International Autodrome will not be provided. Winners must make their own travel and accommodation arrangements.

13. The winners will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by the Promoter and or its agents.

14. The winner will be notified via email within 24 hours of the competition closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. The winners will be solely responsible for paying any applicable taxes in connection with the Prizes and all other expenses not specifically detailed above.

15. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final.

16. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

17. The name and country of the winner will be made available after the conclusion of the Competition. The Promoter reserves the right to verify winners and ask for proof of purchase, identity, age and address and to withdraw Prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

18. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion. Data may be provided to a third-party fulfilment service provider where appropriate for the purposes of administering the prize but will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose without the individual’s prior consent.

19. We also reserve the right in our sole and reasonable discretion to disqualify any entrant who: (a) we have reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions; and/or (b) corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Competition; and/or (c) engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of this Competition. We also reserve our legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender. The Promoter will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to the winner or any third party, or accept any liability for:

a.    any disappointment, loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of entry to this Competition; and/or 

b.    any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of acceptance and/or use of the Prize.

20. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this Competition in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment and in the event of an early cancellation or termination of this Competition, the Promoter will select a winner from all valid and eligible Entries received prior to any such early cancellation or termination. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to: industrial action, civil unrest, fire, flood, storms, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, acts of war, governmental action or any other event that is beyond the control of the Promoter. The Supplier bears sole responsibility for supply of the Prizes and the Promoter cannot be held responsible for any claims relating to specifically and directly to the supply Prizes.
