2026 NTT INDYCAR SERIES Schedule Announced

New venues in Arlington, Texas, and Markham, Ontario, added; series returns to Phoenix Raceway

The NTT INDYCAR SERIES has revealed the 2026 schedule. The revamped race lineup features two brand new venues and the return of an iconic circuit from the past alongside schedule mainstays.

The Arrow McLaren IndyCar Team will compete in 17 races across North America, inclusive of five street courses, six oval races and six road courses. 

The 2026 season will begin with a surge of action with the annual kickoff race in St. Petersburg (March 1), followed by the return to Phoenix Raceway (March 7) and then the new Arlington street race (March 15). The series heads to the Brickyard on May 24 for the 110th Running of the Indianapolis 500, and the season finale moves to Laguna Seca on September 6.

Schedule Facts & Figures:

- For the second consecutive year every race will be broadcast nationally on FOX.

- The schedule kicks off with three races on three consecutive weekends in March and four races in five weeks.

- The season opens in St. Pete for the 16th time. The weekend will also include NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series racing on a street course for the very first time.

- The series will return to Phoenix Raceway for the first time since 2018. This will also be the first NTT INDYCAR SERIES-NASCAR Cup Series crossover weekend since 2023 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Road Course.

- May will feature three races headlined by the 110th Running of the Indianapolis 500 on May 24.

- Both World Wide Technology Raceway (June 7) and Nasvhille Superspeedway (July 19) will host prime-time races under the lights. 

- The Milwaukee Mile will run a doubleheader race weekend (August 29-30) in what will be the 119th and 120th INDYCAR SERIES races ever held at the venue, the oldest continuously operating racetrack in the world.

- WeatherTech Laguna Seca Raceway will serve as the season finale again after previously closing the calendar across the 2019-23 seasons.
