"I had an unfortunate race. I started well and was making up positions, but I was involved in a collision, leaving me unable to continue. That’s racing sometimes. A disappointing way to finish our week here. However, our energy efficiency in the race has improved, and our one-lap pace was there. I want to recognise and thank the whole team for their amazing efforts this week, the work being put in is definitely paying off. I look forward to racing in Cape Town."

"It was a disappointing end to our weekend here in Hyderabad. My performance in the race felt like one of my best so far. I topped my group in qualifying, but due to an issue with one of our pit-stops, we started the race from P21. I felt comfortable during the race, I was managing my energy well, which is a big positive to take away. I felt we made a step forward this week in that regard. Unfortunately, my race came to an early end as a piece of debris got lodged in my steering wheel, leaving me unable to continue. The results here weren’t quite what we wanted, however I want to give a huge thanks to the team, I’m immensely proud and grateful of all the work they put in. We can still go into Cape Town with confidence and hopefully we will get good results there."
IAN JAMES, Team Principal
"That wasn’t the weekend we wanted. I think I speak on behalf of all of us as a team that we leave Hyderabad disappointed. Despite the performance of the package being strong for the majority of the weekend, we lost a lot of valuable points through a combination of mistakes and misfortune.
"We won’t dwell on ‘what ifs’, but will focus on the things we can improve as a team, while maximising the elements which have gone well. I have no reason to doubt that we can bounce back and continue to develop as a team.
"So, despite the frustration, we’ll be back with determination in Cape Town. See you there in two weeks’ time."
