Two-time DTM Champion, Gary Paffett, has competed at the highest levels of professional motorsport for two decades, racing in series including DTM, Formula 1 and Formula E.

Previously acting as a Sporting & Technical Advisor, Reserve & Development Driver and Team Manager to the Mercedes-EQ Formula E Team, Gary has now taken on the title of Team Manager at the NEOM McLaren Formula E Team, incorporating his previous advisory responsibilities with a more active role working on the sporting and technical aspects for the team as it enters its first season in Formula E.

In addition to his duties as Team Manager at the NEOM McLaren Formula E Team, Gary also took on the responsibility of Sporting Director at the NEOM McLaren Extreme E Team during the 2023 and 2024 seasons.
