In March, McLaren Racing withdrew from the 2020 Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix following confirmation that a team member tested positive for covid-19.

Although the race was cancelled and most of the paddock flew home in the days following, some McLaren team members stayed in Australia to quarantine for the safety of themselves and others.

We sat down to discuss how they managed their wellbeing during those weeks away from home, the pressures of isolation, and how they reflect back on it.
