2026 McLAREN GUEST TERMS & CONDITIONS AT THE MCLAREN TECHNOLOGY CENTRE AND OKX TLC

When attending any event at the McLaren Technology Centre or OKX TLC, guests of McLaren Racing Limited (“McLaren”) are obliged to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

To treat our team and guests with dignity and respect: We are committed to providing an environment for all that is free from discrimination, harassment, inappropriate behaviour and bullying; ensuring everyone is treated, and they treat others, with dignity and respect. Everyone, regardless of background and community should feel welcome. Any conduct which violates an individual’s dignity, or which creates an intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating, offensive or otherwise uncomfortable environment for an individual will not be tolerated.

All attendees visiting the McLaren Technology Centre or OKX TLC are subject to an approval process which requires the following information to be complete and accurate: First Name, Last Name, Company Name, Job Title/Position and Age (if under 18).

All guests are expected to dress in an appropriate manner, in smart casual clothing. This applies to both adults and children. Due to the amount of walking, we advise guests wear comfortable footwear.

All guests must wear their lanyard for the duration of their time onsite. In addition, all guests are required to be escorted throughout the building and are not permitted to wander unattended. Failure to do so may result in you being challenged by a member of security and escorted of the premises.

All guests are required to bring photographic ID, carry it on them at all times and be prepared to present it if requested.

Any guest with a sensory impairment, temporary injury or any disability that would affect their ability to evacuate the premises in an emergency situation are to be flagged to McLaren. McLaren will complete a Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan (PEEP) form on the guests behalf.

Guests are not permitted to bring food or beverages of any description into the MTC or OKX TLC without the prior written consent of McLaren (in its absolute discretion).

Photography and filming is permitted ONLY on the Boulevard and by the trophy cabinets. The remainder of the facility has a strict no photography / no filming policy in place which all guests must abide by due to the sensitive and confidential nature of McLaren’s work.

Organised filming may take place on site during your visit. If you do not wish to be filmed, it is the responsibility of the guest to inform their host to avoid being captured in any film content for distribution.

Whilst McLaren will at all times use all reasonable endeavours to procure and provide hospitality as agreed, it cannot be held liable for any failure to perform its services to the action of third parties or any other circumstances which are beyond its reasonable control.

By attending the MTC or OKX TLC, guests shall at all times follow the instructions of the event organiser and McLaren personnel and must behave in an appropriate manner. The aforementioned shall have the discretionary rights to refuse entry or restrict entry or require the departure of any persons who shall in their absolute discretion be considered to be detrimental to the administration and conduct of the event, who are intoxicated, cause a disturbance or are rude and abusive to any member of staff.

Guests acknowledge that no responsibility will be accepted by McLaren for any loss or damage to any property nor for death or personal injury, to any person save as arising from or connected to the event and resulting from McLaren’s proven negligence.

We appreciate that guests leave plenty of time to travel to a meeting venue, so they arrive on time. However, please note that due to limited parking and waiting areas on site, access will only be permitted up to 30 minutes prior to the event start time for early guest arrivals. Access for event staff can be permitted up to 1 hour prior to the meeting, but we kindly ask that this is requested at the time of booking. Our site is fully accessible for all guests, all areas include lift access and flat terrain, however, please make your McLaren contact aware of any specific needs or requirements in advance.

All personal property bought on-site is at the owner’s risk and no liability is accepted for any personal property, car, vehicle, cycle or other items whilst on McLaren property.

McLaren operates an integrated security policy, which includes the use of high resolution, real-time, internal and external CCTV, as well as manned security, monitoring of electronic mail, internet access and telecommunications where appropriate.

Guests acknowledge that McLaren will request, collect and retain personal information about all guests (including without limitation, their full name, address, phone number (optional), email, image or likeness, date of birth (optional), dietary and accessibility requirements) for the purposes of coordinating access, seating and/or viewing arrangements and/or for conducting research or marketing and promotional activities and consent to such activities unless McLaren is notified to the contrary.

McLaren strives to safeguard any personal data that it processes and prevent any unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss of such data.

The company will remain compliant with the Data Protection Act 2018 with regard to the capture, storage and distribution of images relating to any individual member of staff, member of the public or any other third-party attending site

Any other data that McLaren collects from you or your guests may be kept on file for our record keeping purposes only; we will not pass your details on to anyone outside of the McLaren Group companies. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
