Jenson takes on the Brownlees
Triathlon enthusiast Jenson Button recently took on Olympian triathletes, Alistair and Jonathan Brownlee in the ultimate assessment of human performance.
JB, regular competitor in triathlons to give his F1 training a competitive edge, was the perfect candidate to take on Britain’s Brownlee brothers.
The trio underwent tests at GSK’s Human Performance Lab in London in order to understand how their bodies reacted to the hot and humid conditions found at races such as the Singapore Grand Prix. The tests enabled Jenson to learn how to improve his triathlon performance, while also helping the Brownlees acclimatise to the heat and humidity they’re likely to experience in Rio 2016.
