When attending any INDYCAR race as a Hospitality Suite ticket holder or with Arrow McLaren at any peripheral events, guests of McLaren Indy, LLC (“McLaren”) are obliged to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
To treat our team and guests with dignity and respect: We are committed to providing an environment for all that is free from discrimination, harassment, inappropriate behaviour and bullying; ensuring everyone is treated, and they treat others, with dignity and respect. Everyone, regardless of background and community should feel welcome. Any conduct which violates an individual’s dignity, or which creates an intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating, offensive or otherwise uncomfortable environment for an individual will not be tolerated.
When attending a race event, the organizers’ tickets / wristbands should be worn at all times in a prominent manner and must display the McLaren logos where provided. Failure to display your ticket or wristband may result in refusal of entry to INDYCAR or any peripheral events.
The dress code is smart casual clothing. Guests are not permitted to wear beachwear or sports clothing e.g., running shorts and tracksuits. Please note that the dress code applies to children as well as adults. Failure to adhere to the dress code is likely to result in exclusion from the Hospitality Suites or Paddock areas.
Guests are not permitted to bring food or beverages of any description into the circuit without the prior written consent of McLaren (in its absolute discretion).
The use of personal photo and video cameras is permitted except in restricted areas or where notified by McLaren, provided that it is agreed and accepted by each participant that all sound and moving picture rights rest exclusively with INDYCAR and that material filmed / recorded at any race event may only be used for the personal enjoyment and not in any professional or commercial manner.
Whilst McLaren will at all times use all reasonable endeavors to procure and provide hospitality as described herein, it cannot be held liable for any failure to perform its services to the action of third parties or any other circumstances which are beyond its reasonable control.
By attending INDYCAR or by being hosted by McLaren at any peripheral event, guests shall at all times follow the instructions of the event organizer and McLaren personnel and must behave in an appropriate manner. The aforementioned shall have the discretionary rights to refuse entry or restrict entry or require the departure of any persons who shall in their absolute discretion be considered to be detrimental to the administration and conduct of the event, who are intoxicated, cause a disturbance or are rude and abusive to any member of staff.
McLaren reserves the right to determine in its absolute discretion the location of guests within the hospitality areas or at any McLaren managed events.
Guests acknowledge and accept that motor racing is dangerous, and that no responsibility will be accepted by McLaren for any loss or damage to any property nor for death or personal injury, to any person save as arising from or connected to the event and resulting from McLaren’s proven negligence.
Guests will also comply with all terms and conditions at the circuit and complete all necessary waivers and indemnities as required by the circuit, the race organizer or McLaren.
Guests acknowledge that McLaren will request, collect and retain personal information via its parent company (McLaren Racing Limited “MRL”) about all guests (including without limitation, their full name, address, phone number (optional), e-mail, image or likeness, date of birth (optional unless otherwise directed), dietary and accessibility requirements) for the purposes of coordinating access, seating and/or viewing arrangements and/or for conducting research or marketing and promotional activities and consent to such activities unless McLaren is notified to the contrary.
Guests should be aware that McLaren, INDYCAR and any local Grand Prix promoters are permitted to use their image for broadcast, advertising and promotional purposes.
Any other data that McLaren collects from you or your guests may be kept on file for our record keeping purposes only; we will not pass your details on to anyone outside of the McLaren Group companies. These terms and conditions are governed by United States law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the United States courts.
