This year's Honda Thanks Day took place at the fabled Twin Ring Motegi circuit in Japan.

This special annual event celebrates official drivers and riders from Honda's motorsport programmes across the globe, with McLaren-Honda drivers Fernando Alonso and Jenson Button headlining the day. 

Over 20,000 fans turned out to see the drivers take their turn in a selection of Honda racers, including a McLaren-Honda MP4/6, a Honda RA301 and the Moto GP championship winning RC213V motorbike.
