Mo Murray joined Arrow McLaren at the start of the 2023 season to a new role within the team as Vice President, Marketing & Commercial. His role is to lead its partnerships, brand experience and strategic marketing efforts and help the team grow its presence and fanbase in North America. 

Mo joined the team in Indianapolis from Mazda Motorsports where he spent the last decade in senior roles leading the marketing, strategy and brand integration of its motorsports programs as well as the operations for its historic race programs and its IMSA DPi program at various times.   

A lifelong fan of motorsport, Mo’s experience in the industry spans from snowmobile and watercraft racing to Indy Lights and MotoGP. Mo began his career as a mechanic and crew chief in Europe before moving to the United States where he created his own winning team, capturing the US AMA Motorcycle Road Racing title. His career evolved into executive leadership roles overseeing sales, licensing, branding and marketing.
