  Thank you for your interest in the Indianapolis 500 Sweepstakes presented by SmartStop. Please read the following terms and conditions:   

  1. The Promoter   

  1. The Promoter is McLaren [McLaren Racing Limited, McLaren Technology Centre, Chertsey Road, Woking, Surrey, United Kingdom, GU21 4YH]  

  1.2 The Promoter’s decision on any matter relating to the Indianapolis 500 Sweepstakes is final and binding.   

  2. Eligibility   

  2.1 This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada, aged 18 or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is higher) at the time of entry. Employees of the Promoter, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law. 

  3. Competition Period   

  3.1 The Indianapolis 500 Sweepstakes entry period opens at [14:00 EST] on April 7, 2025 and the closing date is [14:00 EST] on April 18, 2025 (the "Entry Period"). 

  3.2 No bulk, consumer group or third-party entries will be accepted. Entries disallowed due to technical issues shall not be included in the draw.  

  4. How to enter   

  4.1 There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Indianapolis 500 Sweepstakes.   

   4.2 You must be a McLaren Plus member to enter the Indianapolis 500 Sweepstakes. New or existing members must enter via the competition form.   

  5. Prizes   

  5.1 There will be x 1 (one) winner in total. The one winner will be permitted one guest.  

  5.2 The prize for each winner will be Two Suite Tickets to the Indianapolis 500 and Legends Day, three-night stay at the Hilton Downtown Indianapolis (May 23, 24, 25) 

  5.3 The prize is as stated; no cash or other alternatives will be offered.   

  5.4 The prize is not transferable. The prize is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.   

  5.5 Travel will not be included.    

  5.6 The Hotel Accommodation does not cover any additional charges associated with the room. The Winner will be subject to all additional charges excluding the room rate.  

  6. Winner selection   

  6.1 The winner will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by the Promoter and or its agents. 

  6.2 The winner will be notified via email within 48 hours of the Indianapolis 500 Sweepstakes closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 24 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.     

  7. Conditions of Participation   

  7.1 By entering this Indianapolis 500 Sweepstakes, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.     

  7.2 One entry is allowed per person. Sharing of accounts for purposes of the competition is not allowed. If the Promoter discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that you have exceeded the maximum number of entries, you may be disqualified.       

  8. Limitation of liability   

  8.1 No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.     

  8.2 The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Indianapolis 500 Sweepstakes will be final and no correspondence will be entered.     

  9. Data Protection   

  9.1 Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion. Data may be provided to a third-party fulfilment service provider where appropriate for the purposes of administering the prize but will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose without the individual’s prior consent.     

  9.2 The name and country of the winner will be made available after the conclusion of the Indianapolis 500 Sweepstakes.   10. General   

  10.1 The sweepstake and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
