  Thank you for your interest in the competition. Please read the following terms and conditions:  

  1. The Promoter   

  1.1 The Promoter is McLaren [McLaren Racing Limited, McLaren Technology Centre, Chertsey Road, Woking, Surrey, United Kingdom, GU21 4YH]  

  1.2 The Promoter’s decision on any matter relating to the competition is final and binding.  

  2. Eligibility

  2.1 The prize draw is open globally, excluding employees and their immediate families of McLaren Racing (the "Promoter") and of their affiliated companies or agents, or other persons professionally connected with the draw.  

  2.2 Entrants must be over the age of 18. 

  2.3 Residents of countries or regions subject to the USA, UK, EU, or other applicable sanctions are not eligible to participate. Participation is prohibited where restricted by local laws or international sanctions.

  3. Competition Period   

  3.1 The competition runs from 12:00 BST on 30 May 2025 and the closing date is 12:00 BST on 6 June 2025 (the "Entry Period").

  3.2 No bulk, consumer group or third-party entries will be accepted. Entries disallowed due to technical issues shall not be included in the draw.  

  4. How to enter   

  4.1 There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.   

  4.2 You must be a McLaren Plus member to enter the competition. New or existing members must enter via the competition form.  

  5. Prizes   

  5.1 There will be one (x1)  winner in total. The winner will be permitted one guest.  

  5.2 The prize for the winner will be a VIP McLaren Experience in New York with access to the global movie premiere of the upcoming F1® The Movie in New York City.

  5.3 The VIP McLaren Experience includes a personalised McLaren styling session, a McLaren gift bag, a meet and greet with a special guest, 3-night stay will be included subject to availability.

  5.4 The prize is as stated; no cash or other alternatives will be offered.   

  5.5 The prize is not transferable. The prize is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.   

  5.6 The Hotel Accommodation does not cover any additional charges associated with the room. The Winner will be subject to all additional charges, excluding the room rate.  

  5.7 Ground transportation will be provided within New York City.

  5.8 If travel to and from New York City is required, flights will not be provided as part of the prize. Participants are responsible for arranging and covering their own travel.

  6. Winner selection   

  6.1 The selection process will consist of two stages. In the first stage, fifty (x50) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received.

  6.2 In the second stage, the fifty (x50) winners will be invited to submit a short video explaining why they should be chosen to attend.

  6.3 One final winner will be selected based on the quality of their video submission, as judged by the Promoter and/or its appointed agents.

  6.4 The winner will be notified via email within 24 hours of the competition closing. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 24 hours of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

  7. Conditions of Participation   

  7.1 By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.    

  7.2 One entry is allowed per person. Sharing of accounts for purposes of the competition is not allowed. If the Promoter discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that you have exceeded the maximum number of entries, you may be disqualified.       

  8. Limitation of liability   

  8.1 No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.     

  8.2 The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered.     

  9. Data Protection   

  9.1 Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion. Data may be provided to a third-party fulfilment service provider where appropriate for the purposes of administering the prize but will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose without the individual’s prior consent.

  10. General   

  10.1 The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
