Dani Moreno, 22, from Spain, began his professional esports career with McLaren Shadow in 2020, racing in the F1 Esports Series. In his debut season, Dani finished eighth and was voted ‘Rookie of the Year’, scoring points in his first race and securing 70 points over the course of the season. Dani then joined the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Esports Team for the 2021 and 2022 seasons where he continuously demonstrated his top-level talent, winning the Constructors’ Championship in 2021, before returning to McLaren in 2023.

Dani competed with the McLaren Shadow team in the 2023/24 F1 Sim Racing Championship, helping the team finish sixth in the Constructors' Championship and finishing 22nd in the Drivers' Championship.
