   1. The prize draw is open globally, excluding employees and their immediate families of McLaren (the "Promoter") and of their affiliated companies or agents, or other persons professionally connected with the draw.

  2. To enter the competition, entrants must pre-order EA Sports F1 24 Champions Edition on the same platform as their copy of F1 23. Once completed, the new 2024 MCL38 McLaren Racing livery will be unlocked in time trial mode. Once unlocked, select the livery for time trial mode and take your best picture using photo mode.

  3. To enter, follow McLaren Shadow and upload your photo via the following social media platforms, Twitter (X), Instagram, TikTok, Threads, or the official McLaren Discord. Designs must include the MCL38 2024 McLaren Livery. Submissions must include the hashtag #MCL38.

  4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  5. The opening date of the prize draw is 10:30 GMT on 28 February 2024 and the closing date is 09:00 GMT on 8 March 2024 (the "Entry Period"). No bulk, consumer group or third-party entries will be accepted. Entries disallowed due to technical issues shall not be included in the draw.

  6. Multiple entries are allowed per person. Sharing of accounts for purposes of the competition is not allowed.

  7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

  8. There will be one (x1) winner in total. The winner will receive:

  Their name added to Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri's steering wheel for the Australian Grand Prix 2024.

  One (1x) Full-scale, official McLaren F1 replica steering wheel, with their name on it, signed by Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri.

  9. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

  10. The prize is not transferable. The prize is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

  11. The winner will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by the Promoter and or its agents.

  12. The winner will be notified via social media within 24 hours of the competition closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

  13. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered.

  14. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

  16. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion.
