Kevin Thimjon was announced as President of Arrow McLaren in February 2025 and joined the team officially at the end of March. In his role, Kevin leads the team’s business operations, including finance, commercial strategy and administration, supporting the team’s long-term growth and operational efficiency. He also serves on the McLaren Racing Executive Team under CEO Zak Brown.

Kevin brings extensive leadership experience in businesses owned by both private equity and public companies, including roles at Just Marketing International (JMI), Lids Sports Group and most recently, Core BTS, where he served as the CEO for over two years.

A graduate of Concordia College in Moorehead, Minnesota, Kevin began his career in accounting before taking on positions that oversaw all aspects of financial management.
