Alessandro Alunni Bravi

Chief Business Affairs Officer

Alessandro Alunni Bravi joined McLaren Racing in February 2025 as Chief Business Affairs Officer.

Alessandro brings over two decades of experience across various disciplines in motorsport and business leadership. He has previously held leadership roles with N Technology, Trident Racing, SPARK Racing Technology, and ART Grand Prix, among others.

Most recently, Alessandro was Managing Director of the Sauber Group and Team Representative for the Stake F1 Team Kick Sauber, where he played an integral role in corporate decision-making, group development, and strategic planning.

In his position as Chief Business Affairs Officer with McLaren, Alessandro reports directly to Zak Brown. He sits as part of the McLaren Racing Executive Team, providing executive leadership across a range of McLaren Racing business matters including legal, driver development, driver contract management and rights holders/governing body management.  

Additionally, Alessandro leads our Driver Development programme, which supports young drivers in their development from karting to professional racing driver, aiming to create a potential talent pipeline for the McLaren Formula 1 Team, Arrow McLaren IndyCar Team and the NEOM McLaren Formula E Team.
