At every race our engineers are on hand to provide trackside assistance to our clients whenever and wherever they need it, whether the question pertains to IT troubleshooting or detailed adaptation of ECU settings to suit individual car set-up.

Our global network of trackside support engineers also service our customers in Formula E and the World Endurance Championship – wherever our products are racing.

Personal relationships are the heart of our business. Our engineers act as an extension of the teams and stakeholder bodies they service, drawing on decades of complementary racing experience. Two of our trackside support engineers in NASCAR, for instance, are former engine builders, giving every team in the series the reassurance that they are dealing with highly competent experts whose experience encompasses practical engineering as well as electronics. Our regional base in North Carolina is just minutes away from most of the teams, ready to deliver instant service away from the track, too.
