ANSP Performance Optimiser
ANSP Performance Optimiser is designed to support Air Traffic Controllers (ATCs) and Supervisors, as well as the wider operations teams at Air Navigation Service Providers (ANSPs), by enabling them to understand and quantify the impact of operational decisions taken in a dynamic and constantly evolving airport environment.
Through accurately predicting the impact of a range of tactical decisions, the tool allows operations teams to run "what-if" scenarios and understand how well they performed, and how they could have done better.
The product is a world-first with no other comparable solutions in the aviation space and is of particular value in regions characterised by constrained capacity and increasing demand, where improving operational performance is imperative.
Most manufacturers use inventory and production capacity to buffer uncertainty, but as stock keeping units (SKUs) increase, the challenge faced throughout the industry is to maintain efficiency and keep inventory low. Traditionally, driving improvements in one means making sacrifices in the other, but SupplyCycle changes the game by making it possible to jointly optimise inventory and production capacity.
SupplyCycle helps manufacturers balance the sequence and frequency of production with statistically-set inventory levels to increase efficiency, lower inventory, unlock 'hidden' capacity by reducing production changeover duration and occurrence, and bring stability to the supply chain.
It draws upon McLaren Applied's Formula 1-grade analytics to make end-to-end trade-offs, run robust optimisation and simulations, manage capacity proactively, and model scenarios to test sensitivities.
