TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Entries will only be accepted on fully completed entry forms.

Each entrant has a nominal budget of $75m to spend on a set number of drivers and teams.

The value of drivers and teams is partly based on last year's world championship and does not represent the views or opinions of Team McLaren Ltd. and McLaren Group Limited.

The winner will be the player with the highest total points at the end of the season.

There is a tiebreaker question in case more than one person finishes the season with same winning points total. Each entrant must complete the tiebreaker question at the time of entry.

Only one entry is allowed per person or per email address.

Prize details will be issued in due course and will be at the absolute discretion of McLaren and may be changed or substituted by McLaren without notice for prizes of a similar value.

Team names must not be offensive and McLaren reserves the rights to reject any entrants using obscene or unsuitable team names.

After each Grand Prix, players earn points for their drivers and teams depending on qualifying and the race. Full details of the points scoring system is available here

There will be three transfer windows at set times during the season during which players will be able to change a maximum of one team and one driver during each window if desired providing the nominal $75m budget is not exceeded.

There will be other individual prizes during the Grand Prix season. In order to win these prizes, players must sign up to be entered during the week before each Grand Prix and answer a question. The team with the highest score from the competition entries for that Grand Prix will be the winner. Entries for these prizes will be from both the public and the Team Vodafone McLaren Mercedes member Grand Prix Leagues.

All prizes must be claimed within 30 days of notification being sent. Prizes will be reallocated if unclaimed during this period.

The competition is not open to employees of the McLaren Group of companies or Mercedes-Benz High Performance Engines.

The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of any Grand Prix, points allocation, the tiebreak answer or any other such matter.

Entrants consent to McLaren and its sponsors and Partners using their name, imagery etc. but not for advertising and promotional purposes.

The terms of this competition will be governed by English Law.
